Who will be coaching me?

You’ll be partnered with Opsize’s Founder and Principal, Kev Jochelson.

Kev is a serial entrepreneur and founder who has a huge passion for helping startup founders and executives grow personally and professionally.

He’s a founder and early-stage operator, owning several businesses and being a shareholder or investor in others.

What kind of experience do I need to be a coaching client?

We work with all types of coaching clients from first-time founders who are struggling to formulate their strategy to launch their MVP, to seasoned executives who are scaling businesses.

We want to make sure you're serious, honest and coachable.

Coaching is a two way relationship, so more important to us than experience, is whether we have chemistry.

What's your typical process for coaching?

Every coaching arrangement can be tailored, but our typical process is:

1. An initial consulting call to find out more about you, your business, your goals and your dreams - and what's stopping you from achieving them.

2. We'll chew over your business, your challenges, and serve up some sizzling suggestions to help you and your business ascend to the next level.

Plus, we see this as a chance to taste-test if you're the right flavour fit for our coaching or advisory services, or if there are other ways we can supersize your success.

3. If together we agree we can be a great combo meal, we'll create a meeting cadence - typically every three weeks for 45-60 minutes where we'll review your progress, set goals and then get stuck into current challenges.

We like to coach towards certain major milestones and goals, so everything we do is typically working towards a major achievement for you and your business. For some, this is launching their first startup MVP, for others, it's been a grander goal of working towards a stockmarket listing.

Regardless of the task, we see ourselves as your experienced sounding board, acting as the no-nonsense chairperson, the supportive investor, and the brutally honest friend you need to realise your dreams. We're in your corner, keeping you accountable and helping slice through the distractions to reach your goals.

I'm not sure I can afford your services, are there alternative ways to get advice and consulting?

Definitely!

We've been through the startup and business-building journey many times so we know how tough it can be.

We offer Free Office Hours for early-stage founders, where we give back to the community by offering free consulting. We have limited spots and tend to only offer these spots when we're not already giving back via many of the programs we're involved with, from Blackbird's GIANTS to TechStars. Reach out for availability.

Beyond free services, we do have alternative means of engagement via:
